1.) Are you over 18 years old?
2.) Have you ever been or are now on a team in a league before, If yes, where? What were your old nicknames?
2.a) Have you ever received any Penalties, Boxes or Bans in any league, if so, where and when? Did you serve the time?
3.) How serious are you about winning ex: if your in a game, your P misbids or makes a simple error that causes you to forfeit the game...what would be your reaction?
4.) Have you read GTA & GTAS and COC rules? If yes, do you understand and agree to abide by those rules? If you dont have them, they will be fowarded to you, please make yourself familiar with them.
5.) Are you willing to stand by a teamie, Cappy and Co's of the team in any decisions that are made for the good of the team without grumbling and complaining about them?
6.) Do you know how to copy and paste table and lobby chat?
7.) May I have the email address you will use in GTA & GTAS and first name , please? This is the email address we send team news to.
7a.) You may not be on more than one team in a league.
8.) When choosing a new nic, it must start with PP_, however it may nothave any vulgarity, reference to sexual overtures nor sexual preferences, please tell me the nic you have chosen so it can be approved.

We ask that if you have any problems and a Cappy or a Co isn’t on that you copy the chat and send it to the Cappy at: lilycook@shaw.ca , NOT TO ADMIN.
Please do not try to handle any dis agreements without our assistance. If at any time you are upset over an issue, please run it by Cappy or a Cocappy before posting it somewhere, as its very hard to take back things said in anger.
We do Have physically disabled people on our team, we ask that you have patience with them & be kind
You will receive a team list in your email, please add them to your MSN Messenger, so that you can reach them for a game. Do not be afraid to ask any teamie for a game.
Please, remember the most important thing is to have fun, and enjoy spending time with your friends.
Most of us are on Messenger and can be contacted there, or in room. If you dont have messenger we can show you how to get it free. Please Contact a Cappy or Co Cappy if you want us to help you sign up for messenger.
